We first worked together at King Sturge, later JLL, in the late 2000’s. We kept in close contact professionally and also socially, testing out new restaurants or facing off at the odd coastal trail running event. After another decade, we had collectively handled hundreds of retail and leisure transactions, giving us deep expertise and broad perspective.
